Heavy rain was experienced in several regions of Bharatpur, Udaipur, and Kota divisions, resulting in casualties and damage. Lightning strikes claimed the lives of three individuals and injured two others. Due to excessive water inflow, all gates of Mahi dam and two gates of Kota barrage had to be opened. The highest rainfall of 160mm was recorded in Dug, Jhalawar. The Meteorological office has issued warnings for further heavy rainfall in Kota and Udaipur divisions. Mild to moderate showers are expected in Jaipur, Ajmer, and Bharatpur divisions.
